True Blue: Cyanotype Workshop will be exploring the process of making sunprints, one of the first cameraless photographic processes. To create a cyan blue print, students will learn about the history of the process, as well as learn to coat paper and expose prints. Before class, students will send a few photos to create digital photo negatives. Prints from negatives as well as hand drawn designs on acetate, nature, stencils and found objects will be explored.
